Plaetzchen

One of the things I miss most about Germany is traditional Plaetzchen (aka German Christmas cookies). And unfortunately, I am not very good at backing myself. But I did have a go at it today. I found the recipe on Chefkoch. Not surprisingly, mine don't look anything like the ones on the website... I really did not expect them to grow this much!
