The Midland Hotel
As mentioned before, I got treated to a complimentary 1 night stay at the Midland Hotel in Manchester. It's just a 5 minute tram ride from Manchester's main train station. This 4* hotel is a Grade II listed building and is over 100 years old. The facade of the building is absolutely beautiful and the inside doesn't disappoint either. The lobby is huge and airy and was graced with a massive Christmas tree. Staff were friendly and helpful and I would absolutely recommend the hotel to anyone!
