Exceptional

This is pretty much unheard off: I had a day off last Friday but got an invite to a breakfast showcase on the Cutty Sark. Now, even when  I have to work, I never voluntarily go to breakfast meetings. I hate getting up early and I don't usually have breakfast.

Well, I made an exception and despite it being bitterly cold, I'm glad I went. In terms of a museum space, I was a bit disappointed and think they could make much better use of the space available. The breakfast on offer was very impressive though and I got talking to a very nice girl. So, I suppose it sometimes is worthwhile to get up early.
