Here we go again

On my way to work on Friday, I stepped out of the lift in my building to be confronted with yet another leak. The water was pretty much streaming from the ceiling. And as it came from where the ceiling lamp is fitted, that bit of the corridor was also without light. Fortunately, they don't seem to suspect it coming from my floor, so hopefully this won't affect my water supply or anything else. I honestly can't understand though why this keeps happening.
