Ready, steady, go

I said it before and I failed just as many times: I need to improve my fitness levels.
Inspired by the Olympic games, I am once again setting myself the challenge to hit the gym regularly as well as eat more healthily.

And as an extra motivation, I'll use my blog to document my activities:
*35 minutes on the treadmill

It's a start.
