Christmassy chocolates

The chocolates that were part of the ACC Liverpool goody bag are so amazing that I wanted to share them with you. Made by The Chocolate Cellar:


Top row:
Santa's Pies: Fondant and mincemeat in milk chocolate cup;
Marzipan: A rich almond paste rolled and hand-dipped in delicious dark chocolate

Middle row:
Hot Toddy: A dark chocolate shell filled with a luxurious whiskey and lemon ganache
The Heartwarmer: Plain chocolate ganache with mulled wine spices and a hint of orange dipped in plain chocolate

Bottom row:
Gilded Gingerbread: Home-made gingerbread combined with fresh cream and rich milk chocolate in a gold-dusted milk chocolate shell
Christmas Pudding: A combination of chocolate cake and milk chocolate ganache, topped with white chocolate and decorated with a festive cranberry
