Just now on Britain's Got Talent:
A guy comes on wearing a weird costume. Says his name - in a very strong German accent - gets asked where he is from, and when he replies 'Germany', the audience starts booing.
What the f*??? I hadn't realized Germans are (still?) so unpopular over here.
Ironically the audience then loves his (weird) performance of Evanescence's 'Wake me up inside', cheers him on and the judging panel also votes him through (including Simon Cowell!).
(Maybe I should stop watching so much crap on telly?!)
