A different dessert

Last Sunday, I went for Dim Sum at Yi-Ban with a couple of friends. When we arrived, I was told that they don't take reservations for lunch - why do they have an online reservation system then??? Anyway, we luckily got a table even though it was busy as usual. Dim Sum was lovely. For dessert, A. went for the most adventurous (dessert) item from the menu and tried this:
