Back on track and feeling the benefits

I was stuck on week three (out of eight) of my mindfulness book. Having to do three meditations in one evening seemed just too much and I kept putting it off. But last week I made another attempt and am back on track. It actually helped me go to sleep, too! Strange how I can find excuses not to take just 15 minutes out of my day for something I know will make me feel better...
